All right. Good morning. Thank you for joining us today. My name is Ian Dundas. So I'm the President and CEO of Enerplus. Although it has been several years since we hosted an event like this, we felt it was time to give people a primer or maybe a refresher on the Bakken and how our company is positioned within it.

The Bakken is a basin that has been in front and center on many investors' minds over the last several years with questions of inventory and potential pipeline disruptions, keeping people on the sidelines. We believe the conditions today are radically changed.

Now although the Bakken broadly might struggle in a $30 to $40 price environment, the picture is completely different in a $60 -- $50 to $60 world, let alone the pricing environment that we are dealing with today. And then add on the transactions that we completed last year, which have significantly changed our company, we decided to dedicate some resources to help reacquaint people with our primary basin and our business.
