As one of the world's largest tissue and hygiene companies, Essity is seeing volume growth rebound as the world emerges from lockdown, but rising input costs have begun to put pressure on gross margins. Essity has continued with active capital allocation this year, buying out other shareholders in its Lat Am JV, Familia, and its Australian associate, Asaleo.
