Okay. Hi, everyone. My name is Chris Young. I am the Chief Financial Officer of Entravision Communications Corporation. [Evan], thank you and to the folks at Barclays for having us, to the high yield, and I think it's syndicated loan conference, sorry about that typo, but leverage loans, syndicated loans, it all works.

Okay. So who we are? At our core, what is Entravision? We are in the business of connecting advertisers with Latinos, both here in the U.S. and worldwide, across multiple platforms. So it's not -- we're just not a TV company, we're not just a radio company.
