Thank you. Good afternoon, and welcome, everyone, to our conference call to discuss the H1 2026 results and the July 2026 NAV development. Calin Metes, Portfolio Manager; Catalin Cadaru, Head of Financial Reporting; and I are pleased to host today's call.
