Great. Thank you, Xiang and good morning, everybody. It's a pleasure to be here with you. I'm excited to talk to you this morning about the story of Foghorn, where we are and where we're going. A simplifying analogy, I like to use to describe what we're working on is one of the architect and blueprint. And as we all know, if the architect is using the wrong blueprints, you get all sorts of crazy stuff with your house. And that's exactly what is going on in cancer with the biology I'm going to talk to you about. The cell has an architect called the chromatin regulatory system that in a disease state is picking the wrong blueprints at the wrong time and consequently causing disease.
