Thank you, and thanks, everyone, for joining us on this call. I'll just give you a short preview of our disclaimer, our forward-looking statement disclaimer and then head right into starting out with a high-level view of some stats that give a bit of an intro to the FLYHT story.

Looking at our last 12 months of revenue, we're sitting at about $12 million. Being in the aviation industry, that's decreased somewhat. We were increasing steadily into 2019. At that point, we had a high of $21 million for the year. And you're seeing the impact of COVID on our business at the moment in this $12 million number.

Our contracted backlog is current -- as of Q3, which is our last set of published financials
