Good afternoon. I am Max Wygod, Executive Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Forian Inc. I have been appointed Chairman of the special meeting of stockholders. I would like to welcome you and express the thanks of our Board and our management team for your attendance today.

I now call the meeting to order at 12:00 PM Eastern Time and will ask that Broadridge open the polls for voting. In addition to myself, we have several other members of the foreign Board of Directors on the call, as well as Michael Vesey, our Chief Financial Officer, and Caroline McGrail, our General Counsel.
