Good afternoon. I'm Langley Steinert, the Founder and Executive Chairman of CarGurus, Inc. Let me take this opportunity to welcome you to the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of CarGurus. During the annual meeting, questions from stockholders should pertain to the proposals being considered at that particular time.
Though we may not be able to answer every question, we expect to provide a response to as many questions as possible, but only questions that are pertinent to the meeting will be addressed.
