Thank you, and good morning. I'm Odilon Almeida, and on behalf of the Board of Directors, I'm pleased to welcome you to the 2026 annual meeting of shareholders of Amerant Bancorp Inc. We are holding this meeting in a virtual format.

Before we begin our formal business, on behalf of the Board of Directors and the management team, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to Pam Dana who previously advised the company of her decision not to stand for re-election. We are deeply appreciative of her long-standing service, including her leadership as leading dependent director.

I am now calling the meeting to order. Julio Pena, our Corporate Secretary, will act as Secretary of the meeting.
