Kennedy-Wilson Holdings Inc Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good afternoon, everybody. My name is Justin Enbody, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc., and on behalf of the company, I'm pleased to welcome you to our 2026 Special Meeting of Stockholders, over which I will be presiding. This meeting was called pursuant to a written notice and proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 5, 2026, and sent to stockholders on or around May 5, 2026.
We are happy that you're able to participate in today's special meeting, which is being live webcast. It is 1:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time on June 10, 2026, and I will now call the meeting to order. I will begin with some brief introductions, followed by a review of the special meeting requirements. Then I will discuss the three proxy proposals. After that, we will tabulate and report the voting results.
