Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Will the meeting please come to order? I want to welcome all of you to Rubicon Project's Special Meeting of Stockholders. I'm Frank Addante, the Chairman and Founder of Rubicon Project. I will be presiding as the Chairman of this meeting.
