Good afternoon to you all and welcome to Convatec 's Annual General Meeting. I'd like to draw your attention to the disclaimer displayed on the screen before we move on to the meeting.
As a quorum is present, I now declare the meeting open.
I would like to welcome shareholders and guests attending either in person or who are participating online through our electronic meeting platform and to thank you for joining us today. All Board members are in attendance either in person or on the electronic meeting platform.
I'm chairing the meeting at Convatec's offices here in Paddington, London and I'm joined in person by Fiona Ryder, our Chief Financial Officer; Jonny Mason, our Chief Executive; James Kerton, our General Counsel and Company Secretary; and Brian May, one of our Non-Executive Directors.
