Awesome. So I guess, first things first. For those who may not know the story at all, would you mind giving us a quick overview of what Model N does, who you guys are.

Yeah. Happy to do so. So good morning, everyone. So Model N is a vertical software company, and we serve two different verticals, life sciences and high tech. Life science is about that 80%, 85% of our business and high tech is the balance.

And our solution is something called revenue management and revenue management helps customers that have some products with very expensive, long development life cycles
