Well, good morning and welcome to Qorvo Special Meeting of Stockholders. My name is Wally Rhines. I'm Chair of the Board of Qorvo, and I'll act as the chairperson of this meeting. Welcome, everyone, and thank you for joining us today at this virtual special stockholder meeting. It's 11:30 AM Pacific Standard Time, and I now call this special meeting to order.

I'm accompanied today by Robert Bruggeworth, Qorvo's President, CEO, and Director; and J.K. Givens, our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Givens will serve as Secretary for this meeting and will prepare the meeting minutes. [Victor Lassa], a representative of CT Hagberg, has been appointed as the Inspector of Elections for this meeting and is in conference with us today.
