Good afternoon, and welcome to the launch of our 2024 ESG report and our Asset handbook. The session today is planned to take 2 hours. Some of our presentations contain forward-looking information. We'll start with the highlights of our ESG report following that, and we'll put the spotlight on new mines in our portfolio. We can't cover the full portfolio. So, we're focused on the core assets, larger, longer-term -- larger assets, longer-term options, energy assets, and the most trickily forecast the NPIs.
