So morning, one and all, and welcome to Paragon's 2025 full-year results presentation. We'll shortly run through the financial and operational performance before providing you with our perspective on the outlook and leave in, of course, plenty of time for your questions. But before we get into the detail, let me spend a few minutes running through our key highlights.

2025 produced another strong financial and operational performance underlying operating profit stood at GBP294 million, in line with expectations, with earnings per share up 8.5%, and our return on tangible equity increasing to 17.5%. These outturns were a product of good and disciplined loan book growth, tight cost control, delivering a market-leading cost income ratio and resilient net interest margin. There are a couple of aspects in the results, including motor commissions that will be covered in more detail in Richard's section later.
