Thank you, Raj, for the introduction. So as you note the forward-looking statements, I like this picture because it's a simulator in Burkina Faso. And I'm always amazed to see how people with no driving experience, a few months later, are able to drive big trucks on our operations.

So before we start officially, I thought I would play for you a short video so you can see some of our operations. It works. Let's see.
