Full Year 2025 Knights Group Holdings PLC Earnings Call Transcript
Good morning, everyone. Welcome to our presentation of the full results for the year ending 30 April '25. I'll start off with a brief introduction, then I'll hand over to Kate, who will do the numbers in more detail. And then I'll finish off with a section of our current trading and where we're going with some of the growth plans. So just to start on a quick overview.
Kate will go into more detail, but we're really pleased with this year that's ended 30 April with the margin improvements that we made at gross margin and the underlying PBT margin. Kate will go into more detail about that.
I think what we've seen in this trading period and ongoing is the strength of the management team. I'm really pleased that we've got 25 directors across client services and business services, but they've really matured. The average tenure is six years.
And I think we've got an excellent management team now that's delivering these results and I think puts the business in a good place currently. I'll go into
