Thank you for the introduction and a warm welcome to our Q1 Report 2026. Sometimes the development of a company is shown best in quarters where you're facing some headwinds or adverse conditions. We have been through such a quarter in Q1 with significantly less patients and intensive care units in several of our main markets and also a nationwide strike that is affecting our operations in Spain. So for the first time since the year after COVID-19, we're seeing a slight sales decline.

But despite all of these factors, we have delivered a positive EBITDA on the group level and double-digit EBITDA even in our ex-US business.
