Thank you. This is a really exciting moment for BuzzFeed. Byron Allen is one of the most accomplished media executives in the country. He started Allen Media Group from his dining room table and built it into one of the largest privately held media companies in the world. What excites me most is that he brings something complementary to what we've built, the distribution, the advertiser relationships, the deals, and the capital access to unlock what our brands are worth. I am confident in where he is taking BuzzFeed in this next chapter.
