Good afternoon, everybody, and thank you once again for joining us for the 46th Annual TD Cowen Healthcare Conference. I'm Yaron Werber from the biotech team, and it's a great pleasure to moderate the next fireside chat with Amgen. With us today, returning from a hiatus from IR in an expanded role is Justin Claeys, Senior Vice President of Finance.
