Hi, everyone. Thanks for joining the call today. Before we get started, I'd like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land I'm speaking to you from this afternoon, the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation.

I'd like to pay my respects to elders, past and present, and I'd like to acknowledge any and all average on TeraStraght Island of people joining us today. We'll start by looking at group performance for FY25. Group normalized revenue for the year was $1.2 billion, up $15.6 million on prior year, driven by Hotels & Resorts, Entertainment Australia, Thredbo and Property.

Group normalized EBITDA was $160.8 million, up $9.5 million. We're really pleased with the group result, particularly when considering the several key market
