Good morning, and welcome to the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Adtran Holdings. I am Thomas Stanton, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the company. It is my pleasure to welcome you. And I would like to thank you for attending today's meeting.
Before we begin the formal portion of the meeting, I'd like to introduce your Board of Directors, each being nominated for re-election.
Participating with us today, we have Fenwick Huss, Greg McCray, Nikos Theodosopoulos, and Kathryn A. Walker. Jacqueline Rice, also a current Director and nominee, is unable to attend today.
As reflected in our Directors' biographies provided in the proxy statement, these Directors represent a broad diversity of skills, background, and talent, ensuring that our board has an effective mix of technical, financial, operating, and management expertise. Also with us today is Director Balan Nair, who, after 19 years of dedicated service, is retiring from the Board.
