Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am Scott Baskin, Chairman of the Board of American Vanguard Corporation. I will be the acting Chairman of today's meeting. It is my pleasure to welcome all of you. It is 11:00 on Wednesday, July 3.

2026 and in accordance with the notice of the meeting, I call to order the 57th annual meeting of stockholders. As you know from our proxy materials, this is a virtual stockholder meeting and is accessible only by webcast. For stockholders who are participating in this webcast, please feel free to submit any questions that you may have. We will try to answer at the end of our normal proceedings.
