Hello, everyone. My name is Seiichi Hatamoto. I'm in charge of IR. Today, I will present our financial results for fiscal 2021, the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, as well as our financial forecast for fiscal 2022.

First, the highlights of our financial results. Some of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic had on our fiscal 2020 results continued in fiscal 2021. That said, despite factors, including declaration of a state of emergency by the Japanese government and some restrictions on attendance in our live events business, we recorded an increase in both net sales and operating income, which can be attributed to the restart of more business activities compared to last year.
