Well, good morning, ladies and gentlemen. For those of you that don't know me, my name is Keith Spence, and I'm the Chair of Base Resources. It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Base Resources. This Annual General Meeting is being held as a hybrid meeting, both here in the Subiaco room at the Vibe Hotel in Western Australia and via the online Lumi software platform.

For those of us here in the physical meeting, I'd like to take a moment for us to acknowledge the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation as the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet. And we pay our respects to their elders past, present and emerging.
