I know you've all got a very busy day and a very busy week, so very much appreciate you coming to our third set of annual results this morning. So we're really very pleased with the results for this year. Another excellent year of progress and performance, and I think we're delivering growth as we said we would do.
The agenda for this morning is fairly straight forward. I'll give you a bit of an overview of the results. Sit will then go through the financial review. I'll then update on what's going on in the portfolio and we'll finish with the summary and outlook and some Q&A.
