Vicinity Centres Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning security holders, fellow Directors, employees, and guests. My name is Trevor Gerber, and I am the Chairman of Vicinity Centers. On behalf of my fellow directors, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Vicinity Limited and meeting of the unitholders of Vicinity Centers Trust, which I will refer to together as the meeting. As it is just past 11:00 a.m. and therefore with a quorum, I declare the meeting open.
In doing so, I would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the various lands on which we meet today and pay my respects to the Elders, past and present. I recognize and respect their cultural heritage, beliefs and relationship with the land, which continue to be important to the traditional custodians living today.
