Good morning, everyone. Thanks for joining us for Centrica's 2020 Preliminary Results Presentation. At the time of the interim results 7 months ago, we'd all hoped, and possibly even expected, that we'd be able to post these results in person. Unfortunately, given the ongoing situation regarding COVID-19, that's not the case and we're, once again, hosting the event virtually. I do hope you and your families are all keeping safe and well during these very challenging times.
