Thank you, Candace, and good morning. Welcome to Cree's call to discuss our agreement to sell Cree Lighting to IDEAL INDUSTRIES. In a moment, Gregg Lowe, Cree's CEO, will walk you through the strategic rationale of this transaction, and Neill Reynolds, Cree's CFO, will provide some color on the financial impact. Today's call will be limited to a discussion of our agreement to sell Cree Lighting and our updated business outlook for Q3 of fiscal year 2019, which reflects continuing operations only.
