Navan Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning. I want to welcome everyone, including members of our board and management of the company, to Navan's 2026 Annual Stockholders Meeting. Our first annual meeting as a public company. My name is Ariel Cohen, and I'm the CEO and Chairperson of the Board of Navan. And I'll be acting as the Chairperson for today's meeting.
It's approximately 11:30 AM Eastern Time on Thursday, June 25. The meeting will now officially come to order, and the polls are now open for voting on all matters to be presented. This time, I would like to introduce our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Howard Baik. Howard will act as the Secretary of the meeting, and I will now turn the time over to him for the formal business of the meeting.
