Welcome to this presentation of the pro forma first quarter financial results for Energy Holdings. My name is Kurt Waldeland, and I am the CEO of Energy Holdings. I am joined today by Viggo Pedersen, CFO of Energy Drilling; and Sveinung Alvestad, CFO of SeaBird Exploration.

As announced earlier this week, the transaction between Energy Drilling and SeaBird Exploration formally closed on Monday, the 26 May. We are very excited about the closing of the transaction and the successful creation of Energy Holdings.
