Thank you, everybody, for joining us. My name is Mark Delaney, and I have the pleasure of covering Flex for Goldman Sachs. Very pleased to have with us today Michael Hartong, the President and Chief Commercial Officer of Flex, as well as the planned CEO of Romainco Flex, Kevin Crum, CFO of the combined company and the planned CFO of the SpinCo, and Chris Butler, who is the President of Critical and Embedded Power of Flex, but will be the Chief Technology and Strategy Officer of SpinCo.
