Hello everyone and welcome to the presentation of the 3rd quarter results for Hus Corner Group. My name is Emily Alm and I'm head of investor relations here at Huona Group, since a few weeks back. So I'm joined here in the studio today by our CFO Terry Burke and also our CEO Glenn Instone.
