Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for standing by, and welcome to the Arbutus Biopharma Corporation Fourth Quarter and Year-end 2019 Financial Results and Corporate Update Conference Call. Please go ahead.
Good morning. On the call from the Arbutus Executive team are: Bill Collier, President and Chief Executive Officer; Dave Hastings, Chief Financial Officer; Dr. Gaston Picchio, Chief Development Officer; and Dr. Mike Sofia, Chief Scientific Officer. Bill will begin with a review of corporate objectives and clinical development, followed by Dave Hastings who will provide a summary of the company's fourth quarter and year-end financial results.
