Thank you for the introduction. Good morning, everyone. I want to welcome all of you to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of GigaCloud Technology, Inc., which I will thereafter refer to as a company. I'm Larry Lei Wu, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company and its Chief Executive Officer.
In accordance with Article 69 of the company's articles of association, I will be presiding as the Chairman at this meeting, Zoe Wong, General Counsel of the company, will act as Secretary of the meeting.
