Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us this morning. I am Jean-March Jestin, Chairman of the KlÃ©pierre Executive Board, and I'm happy to be here with Jean-Michel Gault, our Deputy CEO to present KlÃ©pierre 2020 half year earnings. In this presentation, we will cover 3 topics. First, I will provide you with an update on our business, then Jean-Michel will go over the financials before I wrap everything up.
