Good morning. I'm Ross Stove, Board Member, President and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Global Inc. I'd like to welcome you to the Company 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. We appreciate you being with us virtually today. It's now shortly after 9 a.m. Pacific Time on June 3, 2026, and this meeting is now officially called to order. Let's move directly to the business of this meeting. I will serve as the Chairman of the meeting, Jim Sklar, who is our Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Heritage Global Link, will serve as the Secretary of this meeting.
