So Eric, there's been a lot of exciting news recently, but maybe we can start for people who are familiar with the story, just a brief overview of MacroGenics and kind of where you are today.

MacroGenics has been around for over 20 years, really focused on next generation antibody therapeutics for the treatment of cancer. We have three core modalities that we leverage which help drive our proprietary pipeline.
