It is my pleasure and honor to introduce kind of Novartis ESG team and also Vas today. But before I pass it over to Samir to introduce the rest (inaudible) call, we're very pleased to have Vas, the CEO of Novartis [Pharma] today. In terms of the format we're going to have (inaudible) for the first half of the presentation and then go to Q&A after that.
