Great. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to this meeting. I am Allan Ritchie, Executive Chairman and CEO of Adavale Resources Limited. On behalf of your Board of Directors, I would like to welcome you here today for the General Meeting of Adavale Resources Limited.
I would now like to introduce my fellow Board and executive members. Mr. David Ward, our Managing Director; and Mr. Nic Matich, our Non-Executive Director; and Mr. Leonard Math, our Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. I would also like to welcome Computershare representatives to this meeting, too.
