Good morning. Welcome to the Merafe interim results presentation. The operating environment continues to be challenging, market uncertainty caused by geopolitical tensions and trade wars continues. And overall, our financial performance deteriorated, which is indicative of a tough environment. There was improved safety performance with no fatalities recorded.

At the beginning of the year, we undertook a business review of our smelters. This review was finalized in Q2 with the remaining smelters being idled. Global stainless steel production increased and so did ferrochrome demand. However, South African ferrochrome production decreased significantly in response to adverse market conditions, especially
