All right. Good afternoon, everybody. I'm Nathan Jones. I'm the Stifel analyst that covers Valmont. Very pleased to have Steve Kaniewski, CEO; and Mark Jaksich, CFO, with us today. Steve's got some opening comments and slides to go through before we get into Q&A.

Okay. Thank you, Nathan, and thank you, everyone, for attending today. Just looking into the business at a quick glance here, kind of breaks out based on our 4 operating segments.

What we had in 2018 here, $2.7 billion; current market cap, around $2.5 billion. We operate in 23 countries, and we have 87 plant locations. That's up a little bit after acquisitions last year. But you can see the portfolio is mixed, particularly on the operating profit side, pretty well amongst the 4 different segments. Each one has different drivers, different go-to markets.
