Good morning, and welcome to the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders for StandardAero, Inc. We are excited to be hosting a virtual stockholder meeting, which allows us to reach a greater number of our stockholders.

Thank you, and good morning. I'm Russell Ford, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board for StandardAero, and Chairman of today's meeting. I'm happy to welcome you to our 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

Before I call the meeting to order, let me start by saying that we are very pleased to have members of our Board of Directors joining us today. Also joining this meeting are Daniel Satterfield, our Chief Financial Officer; and Michael Kaplan, our Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.

Additionally, we're joined by representatives of PricewaterhouseCoopers, the company's independent registered public accounting firm, who will be available to respond to appropriate questions
