Good morning. I'm James Maynard, General Counsel, EVP, Group Legal of Farfetch Limited. I'm very happy to welcome you to our 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which is being held via live online webcast.

We will proceed with the formal business of the meeting as set forth in the Notice of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, followed by a 15 minutes Q&A session.
