Good morning. Welcome to the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Acushnet Holdings Corporation. I am David Maher, the company's President and Chief Executive Officer and also a member of the Board of Directors, and I will also serve as chairman of our meeting this morning. I would now like to call this meeting to order.

I would like to begin by welcoming each of our Board of Directors participating with us today. We have Jennifer Estabrook, Gregory Hewett, Sean Sullivan, Steven Tishman, Wally Uihlein, Norman Wesley, Gene Yoon and Kevin Yoon.

The other members of our executive management team with us today are: Tom Pacheco, our Chief Financial Officer; Brendan Gibbons, our Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary; and Tony Takazawa, our Vice President of Investor Relations.

I am also pleased to welcome Christopher Pisciotta from PricewaterhouseCoopers, our independent registered public accounting firm. And finally, I would like to welcome Doug Czarnecki, a representative of Broadridge Financial Solutions
