Welcome to our Investor Day. Appreciate you guys taking the time to travel out here in the snow and enjoy some of what La Crosse has to offer. Hope you had a good time last night, and we'll get you out of here to get back to your day-to-day shortly. Go ahead. So we thank our legal team for the extra eye strain and late-night reading here. All right. So today's agenda, we'll kick off with the presentation. We'll talk about our team, our company and our future, and we'll end up with a Q&A. Then we'll move on to lunch at noon.
