Thank you, Tracy. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us today. I would like to begin by putting our third quarter results in the broader context of where Haivision is today, where we believe our markets are heading, and why we remain confident in the long-term opportunity ahead of us. For the third quarter, we reported a revenue of CAD 34.5 million and adjusted EBITDA of CAD 1.5 million, representing about 4.3%.
