Good morning to everybody, and thank you for attending our call at such short notice. My name is Carlos Lora-Tamayo, and I am the Head of Investor Relations at Acerinox. Bernardo Velázquez, CEO of the Group; and Miguel Ferrandis, CFO, will lead the presentation today.
We are very proud to announce that we have signed a sale and purchase agreement with Lindsay Goldberg to acquire VDM Metals. It's a new path in Acerinox's strategy to create a new global leader in stainless steel and specialty alloys.
