Okay. I want to kick off, it's almost 1:30, for the webcast. I'm Warren Ackerman, the Head of European Consumer at Barclays. Delighted to introduce Unilever to Boston. We will be having on stage Nitin Paranjpe, I hope I pronounced that almost correctly, he's the new Chief Operating Officer of Unilever. He started that job in May. I think I'm right in thinking Harish Manwani was the last COO a few years ago. Before that, Nitin did a great job as Head of Home Care and before that CEO of Hindustan Unilever.
